About Michael Koenig
Michael Koenig is a veteran Chief Operating Officer with over two decades of experience leading operations at public and private companies across SaaS, e-commerce, media, and technology.
He has served as COO at multiple companies, including roles where he managed everything from P&L ownership and revenue operations to product, engineering, and go-to-market strategy. His career spans early-stage startups through publicly traded enterprises.
Michael is also the founder of OKRly.ai, an AI-native execution intelligence platform that helps leadership teams track, analyze, and act on organizational performance in real time.
He started Between Two COO's because the COO role is one of the most important and least understood positions in business. Every company runs differently, every COO operates differently, and the only way to learn is from the people doing the work.
